Giselle, a glamorous new restaurant above the iconic E11even nightclub in Miami, is a striking fusion of re-imagined classicism, Art Deco influences, and retro-futurist edge. Kayla Pongrac was hired by Tristan du Plessis to collaborate on the design and execution of this iconic venue. Reflecting Miami's high-energy nightlife, the space features intimate fine-dining areas adorned with exaggerated French Boiserie, hand-painted tiles, and curated luxury elements, including lighting from Lee Broom and Kelly Wearstler. Blending opulence with grit, the design incorporates bold art installations by Bisco Smith and custom furnishings by Cape Town-based artisans, resulting in a dining destination as theatrical and vibrant as the city itself.
